When completing your booking online or calling the office to book, you will be required to select either a cash damage deposit or to purchase a vacation rental damage insurance policy (VRDP). Trip insurance

The VRDP provides up to $3000.00 of coverage for accidental damage to the rental property during your stay. Just notify the management of any damage, document it with a photograph, and you are done. Additional information on the features and benefits of this coverage are available HERE.

Should you not wish to purchase the VRDP coverage, you will have the option to provide a cash damage deposit of $400 to cover any accidental damage to the property during your stay. (PLEASE NOTE that the renter remains liable for damages in excess of this amount as well.) Following a post check-out inspection of the property, this deposit (less a 3% credit card processing fee of $12) will be returned via mail by escrow account check within 45 days of departure, assuming no damage to the property.
